Some Questions
From Students With Answers
Question:
Hello James
Hope you are well.
I have completed the exams and am now busy with the case
studies.
I am working with someone that I have worked with before that achieves profound
somnambulism very easily. I did the Esdaile deepening with her and when telling
her to try and open her eyes and try and move her leg or arm the response was
perfect, no movement. I could not however get the limb lock for the catatonic
state. Would this be a case where she would need more deepening or are there
some people that cannot achieve the limb lock?
Many thanks.
Karl
Answer:
Hello Karl,
It is most likely that the individual is just not yet letting go enough just
yet. It may take more time and more deepening. The catatonic responses are
achievable once the individual is deep enough and they just let go. This is when
they truly experience general anesthesia. It is a BIG leap for most individuals
so, take your time as there is no time limit on how long you have to complete
the course. The most important thing is to send in your Practitioner's Agreement
Form and I will accept it in an attachment, if you have a scanner and can
publish it to a PDF file.
Regards,
James
Response:
Hello James
You were right. After
instructing them to go in with the intention of completely letting go we
achieved the Esdaile and catatonic state.
The person I was
working with turned out to be one that did not want to emerge from the
Esdaile state on the first emerging patter I did. But after counting them
out of the state again they emerged. This was repeated each time she entered
the Esdaile state. I installed the keyword for this level and when doing
self hypnosis she emerged after the intended time period. I will continue in
the next session with her to achieve the Sichort state.
Also, I wanted to
confirm that you received the practitioners agreement.
Thanks.
Karl
