completed the Distant Learning Program.

Practitioner is
permitted to use after his or her name is:
RUDP
Is qualified to work with clients but not to teach students.

Practitioner has shown that he or she has reached the level of
skill proficiency and
understanding that is required to be an
Ultra Depth� Facilitator and has completed
at least one live training seminar.
The
initials that the
Ultra Depth� Facilitator is
permitted to use the after his or her name is:
RUDF
Is qualified to work with clients and may be in training to teach
students to become an Ultra Depth�
Practitioner or Facilitator.

individual has achieved the Practitioner level.
The letter "F" denotes that the
individual has achieved the Facilitator level.
The letter "E" denotes that this individual is a qualified Ultra Depth�
Educator (Trainer).
The letter "M" denotes that this individual is either a Medical Doctor,
Ophthalmologist, Orthodontist,
Psychiatrist, Chiropractor, Dentist, Clinical Psychologist, Registered
Nurse, etc.
